Harvinderjit Singh (Harvey)

Harvey read law at the University of London and thereafter pursued a short stint in academia as a lecturer in law in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Harvey thereafter went on to qualify as a Barrister from the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, London. After being called to rolls of Advocates & Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya, Harvey spent his formative years of practice specialising in corporate litigation and commercial crime defence.

Harvey has in the past been involved in several high pro le criminal trials involving high ranking civil servants and directors of public listed companies which were successfully defended.

Harvey is one of the founding partners of Vin Law Co. and focuses his practice on commercial and corporate disputes, engineering and construction laws, torts, administrative law, competition laws, securities, fraud, money laundering & corruption offences. Harvey also manages the firm’s commercial and corporate advisory section.

Vasanthi Rasathurai

Vasanthi Rasathurai graduated in 1997 from the University of London and was called to the Bar in 2000. In 2004, Vasanthi then pursued the Masters in Law (LLM) in London under the Chevening scholarship from the British Government. At the same time, she qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales upon sitting for the QLTS. Upon her return to Malaysia, she practiced in the Intellectual Property Departments of Messrs Shearn Delamore and Messrs Zaid Ibrahim & Co and then founded Messrs Vasanthi Rasa & Associates in 2011. In 2015, she joined the partnership of Messrs Vin Law Co. She is also an Advocacy Trainer for the Malaysian Bar.


With over 20 years of litigation experience advising and representing various government ministers, universities, hospitals, government departments, public listed companies and high-profile individuals, Vasanthi approaches her cases with a practical and solution-oriented method.


Vasanthi’s practice is now focused on civil and commercial law, construction arbitration and intellectual property.
